Cookie Policy

Last updated · 6 July 2026

The short version: we use only the cookies needed to keep the site working and secure. No advertising, no tracking, no analytics profiles.

What we use

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use only strictly-necessary cookies:

  • Client portal session — when you log in to the portal, a secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for that session. Without it you couldn’t stay logged in.
  • Site security — cookies used to protect private areas of the site and keep sessions secure.

These are essential to providing a service you’ve asked for, so under UK law (PECR) they don’t require a consent banner. We set them only when they’re needed — for example, when you log in.

What we don’t use

We don’t use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics that build a profile of you. We don’t sell or share browsing data.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly-necessary cookies above, the client portal login won’t work, but the rest of the public site will.
