This website is operated by WFK Digital, a trading name of Anthony Key, an independent consultant based in the United Kingdom (“WFK”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The audit and other free tools are indicative, not advice

The audit, scorecards, articles, and other free material on this site are provided for general information. They give an indicative, self-assessed view based on the answers you provide — they are not a formal assessment, an audit in a regulatory sense, professional, legal, or financial advice, and they’re not a guarantee of any outcome.

You should not act, or refrain from acting, solely on the basis of this material. Any decision you make remains your own. Formal, tailored recommendations come only through a paid engagement under a separate agreement.

Funding and grants

Where the site refers to funding or grant programmes, WFK is independent — we are not an approved supplier, delivery partner, or agent for any scheme, and we don’t submit applications on your behalf. We help you become adoption-ready and point you to the official routes; eligibility and funding decisions rest entirely with the relevant bodies. Always check the official programme pages for current details.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, wording, and visual identity of this site (including the WFK name and the Watson mascot) belong to WFK or are used under licence. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without our permission.

Where you submit information to us (an enquiry, audit answers), you keep ownership of your own information; you grant us permission to use it to respond to you and provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the site to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• submit false information, spam, or automated/bulk submissions;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or probe its security without permission;
• copy or scrape content for competing commercial use.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is complete or current. We may change or withdraw parts of it at any time.

Where we link to third-party sites (for example, official funding pages), we’re not responsible for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.
